A deposit of RM250 will be required for each rental booking as a security measure. This deposit will be refunded once the car is checked and confirmed to be in good condition upon return.

Certainly, you can choose your preferred car by selecting the model type you desire. However, please note that you can only rent a specific car from the models listed on our website.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the rental start date is free of charge and can be done by emailing us. Refunds will be notified via email and credited to the customer's credit card/account within 3 working days. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, and no refund is provided for a No Show or failure to produce the correct documentation (voucher, driving license, credit card, etc.).

You will need to engage and seek approval from Drive.MY before you are allowed to cross the border into another country.

Yes you can. During checkout, please enter your desired car return location. Please note that surcharge may be imposed depending on the location.
